Step One: Understanding Five Tier Pricing
The five-tier pricing is broken up into five categories: Community, Lifestyle, Entertainment, Professional, Enterprise. These categories refer to the type of event a client submits. There is different pricing for each category and this allows for all different types of events and budgets to benefit from the Evvnt service.
Step Two: Large, Medium or Small Market?
Choose between Large, Medium or Small Markets pricing model. You know your community best so you decide which pricing your publication should use.
Step Three: Online Pricing Vs Direct Sales Pricing
It's important to understand the difference between Online Pricing and Direct Sales Pricing because they are two separate ways for you to make revenue off your calendar.
There are two online options for someone to purchase premium online or organically. One option is the One-Off purchase of a single event premium and the other is the Monthly subscription option where the client gets 4 event premiums each month.
Remember, there is also the option to submit an event for free. This is turned into a lead for the direct sales team.
Direct Sales Pricing:
We recommend that sales teams sell in bundles. There are two types of bundles we suggest. One option is a bundle package of 10 events that can be used over 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. The other option is a monthly subscription offering of 4, 8, 12, or 16 events to be used over a 12-month subscription. Both packages provide a 10% discount for purchasing a bundle.
Step Four: Tell Us What You Want!
Once you see the five-tier pricing, decide on Large, Medium or Small Market pricing, and understand the difference between the online and direct sales pricing, tell us what you'd like us to add to your calendar. We'll update your tech accordingly.
You also have the option of choosing your own pricing, however, we recommend this pricing because it has been tested and proven to work well for our partners.
