How do events get selected for the print page?
The system automatically fills the page with events from your calendar, aiming to include a spread of events across each day in the edition's date range. Events you've highlighted as Featured, Editor's Pick, or Editor's Voice are prioritized. Premium events — where the organizer has purchased a featured placement — are included automatically.
How do I make sure a specific event appears in print?
You can ensure an event is included by highlighting it with one of the editorial options: Featured, Editor's Pick, or Editor's Voice. If you don't want to highlight the event on your online calendar, you can also mark it as Preferred for print to prioritize it for the print page only.
Why isn't my page showing all of the dates in the date range?
The system tries to include a few events for each date in the range, but if your calendar has a large number of events, not all dates may fit on the available pages. You have a few options: reduce the number of dates included in each edition, request additional pages for your template, or use Manage Events in the Print tab to bulk reject events you don't need, freeing up space for other dates.
What's the difference between a New Version and a Manual Draft?
A New Version copies the current edition's data including any sub-edits you've made. A Manual Draft pulls fresh data from your live event list, replacing previous sub-edits. Use New Version to refine what you have; use Manual Draft to start fresh with the latest calendar data. For more detail, see Print Page Fine-Tuning Options.
