For ticket site owners managing the events on their site — viewing an event, editing one or more, or featuring one on the homepage. To sell tickets to your own event, see the last section.
Everything below happens on the Events page in your admin backend. New to the backend? See Navigating the Admin Pages.
View and Edit Events
Click Events in the left menu for your full list. Filter by Name, Date range, or Status (Draft, Published, Expired) to narrow it down.
Click an event name to open its overview, then click Edit to change its details. To edit several, open each from the list in turn.
Feature an Event
Featuring places an event in the highlighted carousel at the top of your homepage.
- Open the event's overview page.
- Click the three-dots menu (
...). - Choose Feature (or Unfeature to remove it).
Important: The Feature option only appears if the event has a second image in Event Basics. That image is used only in the carousel. No option showing? Edit the event and add the second image first.
Selling Your Own Event
To create and sell your own event, you first need your own organization on the site. Once it exists, you scope into it to create events and manage ticket sales. See Ticket Selling Organizations.
