Overview
Your Evvnt ticketing site provides tools for tracking ticket revenue and pulling reports at both the site and organization level. This article covers how payouts work, how to set up banking, and what reports are available to you as a site partner.
For a broader overview, see Your Evvnt Ticketing Site.
Setting Up Banking for Payouts
To receive payouts from ticket sales on your site, you must establish a banking connection through Evvnt's Stripe payment platform. This is configured from your Partner Account settings.
Each organization on your site can also configure their own banking connection to receive their share of ticket revenue directly. The payout structure and fee splits are managed by Evvnt — contact your Evvnt team representative if you have questions about your specific payout arrangement.
How Payouts Work
Payouts for ticket sales are processed after events take place. The standard process is:
- Tickets are sold and revenue is collected through the platform
- After the event date, Evvnt processes the payout
- Funds are transferred to the banking account configured in Stripe
If an organization or site partner needs to discuss payout timing or has questions about a specific payout, they should contact their Evvnt team representative.
Available Reports
Site partners have access to reports at two levels:
Site-Level Reports
These reports cover activity across your entire ticketing site:
- Organization Management — view which organizations and users are creating events and selling tickets on your site, with two report views for organizations and their associated users
- Payout reports — track payout history and status across all organizations
Organization-Level Reports
These reports are scoped to a specific organization:
- Event reports — sales data for individual events
- Customer reports — ticket buyer information and order history
- Payout reports — payout history for that organization
For more on how to access and use these reports, see the reporting section of the admin interface under Reports in the left navigation.
