Overview
The Settings area is the central hub for configuring and customizing your Evvnt ticketing site. From here you control your site's branding, contact details, and operational options. This article covers the key settings available to site partners and how your site's design works.
For initial setup steps including domain and contact email, see Setting Up Your Ticketing Site.
Accessing Site Settings
Click Settings in the left navigation menu. The settings page is organized into sections covering your site's identity, configuration, and administrative options. Only users with the Partner Account role or Account Owner access can modify site-level settings.
Branding and Appearance
Your site's branding settings control how it appears to visitors. Available options include:
- Site name — the display name shown in the header and browser tab
- Logo — your brand logo, displayed in the site header
- Color scheme — primary colors used throughout the site's interface
The ticketing site design uses a streamlined, conversion-focused layout. The front-end is optimized for performance and simplicity — removing clutter so visitors can find events and complete purchases quickly. Design updates are managed by Evvnt and applied across all partner sites automatically.
Site Configuration Options
Key configuration options available in Settings include:
- Contact information — your site's public-facing contact details
- Contact email address — controls the "from" address on system and confirmation emails (see Setting Up Your Ticketing Site for details)
- Sales tax — enable and set a tax rate if required in your region
- Banking information — configure your Stripe connection for receiving payouts
Tip: Changes to settings take effect immediately on your live site. Review your changes before saving if your site is already public.
What You Cannot Change
Some aspects of your ticketing site are managed by Evvnt and are not editable from the Settings page:
- The overall site layout and page structure
- Evvnt service fees and credit card processing fees
- Core ticketing functionality and checkout flow
If you need changes to any of these areas, contact your Evvnt team representative.
