This is information for a Site Partner who needs to understand a monthly deposit / revenue share amount and see which sites contributed to that total.
What You Can Access as a Site Admin User
- View monthly totals for Sales, Service Costs, Net Revenue, and Partner Revenue
- See revenue share totals by site
- Switch between months (up to 12 months back)
- Download a CSV to reconcile deposits and share with finance
Where to find Revenue Share Financial Reports
- Log in to your Evvnt Marketing Admin dashboard.
- In the left-hand navigation, scroll to Sales CRM.
- Click Financial Reports.
You’ll land on a page showing a monthly report (one month at a time) with totals and a site-by-site breakdown.
Understand the Monthly Report
At the top of the report, you’ll see four summary tiles:
- Total Sales: Gross sales attributed to the selected month
- Service Costs: Costs/fees deducted for the selected month
- Net Revenue: Sales minus service costs
- Partner Revenue: Your revenue share amount for that month (this is typically what partners reconcile against deposits)
Viewed by Month
You can review data by month with up to 12 months of historical data.
- In the top-right of the report, open the month dropdown.
- Select a different month.
Note: You can view and download reports for up to 12 months in the past.
Download the CSV for Reconciliation
- Select the month you want to review.
- Click Download CSV (top-right).
- Save the file and use it to:
- confirm which sites contributed to your share
- validate monthly totals
- provide backup for accounting
Tip: If you’re reconciling a deposit, start with the month shown on your deposit statement, download that month’s CSV, and confirm the Partner Revenue value and contributing sites.
Access to Financial Reports
- Confirm you’re logged in as a Partner Admin (not a site editor or promoter).
- If the menu item is missing, your role may not include financial permissions.
The totals look too low / too high
- Confirm the correct month is selected.
- Use the CSV to validate which sites and invoice counts are included.
