This is an internal reference article for the Evvnt support team. It consolidates internal processes and notes related to ticketing site operations that are not intended for public documentation.
Adding Analytics Tracking to a Ticketing Site
Google Analytics can be added to a site's active domain as an External Services option from the Domains settings. From there you can provide a Google Measurement ID or a Meta Pixel ID.
Note: This is the internal process for configuring analytics on behalf of a site partner. The partner-facing article (Integrations) directs partners to contact their Evvnt representative for setup assistance.
Self-Service Feature Limitations
Organizations created via the self-service signup option on a ticketing site are restricted from certain features. Self-service organizations do not have access to:
- Some advanced event configuration options
- Certain reporting features available to manually created organizations
Note: Maintain an up-to-date list of specific feature restrictions as they may change with product updates. Check with the product team for the current set of limitations.
Pre-Event Payout Process
When a user requests a payout before their event takes place:
- We send them a link to the pre-event payout request form
- We review responses from within the form in Drive
- We decide if we can accept the early payout request based on the circumstances
- If approved, the payout is processed manually outside the standard post-event schedule
Note: Pre-event payouts are handled on a case-by-case basis. There is no automatic approval — each request must be reviewed by the support team.
