Why are there new events on this disabled/deactivated calendar?

If this user returns to our software, after that original calendar is removed and deactivated, that user is still able to post events and purchase promotions. These promotions will not be featured on the publication that may be expected to feature that event because that site was deactivated. However, the admins of that deactivated site may receive sales alerts in these cases. The solution in this case is to migrate all users in our system away from that deactivated site.
