How can I import data from my CitySpark calendar?

Your CitySpark calendar has an option to export events. We can convert that export into an import file and use our CSV uploader tool to add your events.

Export Events from CitySpark

You CitySpark calendar has an option to export event data. If you are unable to locate that option in your CitySpark access point, then you can request support from CitySpark via email here: support@cityspark.com. If possible, we recommend exporting the data as a CSV file.

Importing Events to your Evvnt Calendar

Your Evvnt calendar must be created and activated. From there, you can use the CSV uploader tool to bulk import events. There are some required fields that the CitySpark export may not provide. We can assist in converting your data into the correct format if needed. Please reach out to support@evvnt.com or submit a request at the top of this page and attach the CSV file of the event data from CitySpark and we can prepare your data for import and process that for you.
