Evvnt's system will only allow events on your calendar if those events have set their location to be a pin-point that falls within a calendar's set radii.
How location is provided for an event: Adding your event venue.
If an event was posted to your calendar with a location outside your set area then it will be sent to the system calendar: evvnt.com/events. If you find it there, then it is likely that the location could be a factor. To check, look at the location of the event and see if it falls within your calendars location settings.
Review your calendar's location settings
- Login to your account via app.evvnt.com
- Choose the calendar where you would like to update/add a radius.
- Choose Publishing from the Editor CMS side-bar.

Getting a missing event added to your calendar
When an event is sent to our system calendar we can find it and manually add it to your calendar if that event is in the area for your event. Send a request to support with the user email, the title of the event, and the name of the calendar site you'd like us to send the event. If you have updated your calendar's location settings to cover the area for the event then we can add it to your calendar.
