Search for the event in our system calendar
If a submitted event does not fall within the area of the relevant site (see here) then it will go to our system calendar. You can check to see if your missing event is here by searching for the title on this calender: evvnt.com/events
If an editor or promoter posts an event it should go to the site that owns that user, but it can also depend on the specific process they used to submit the event (more info here: How does Evvnt work?). Of course, it could be that the event was not posted or left as a draft. More info about drafts here.

Search for missing event by Title
The easiest way to find an event is by searching for the title. If the event is in the past then this search will not show your event. To search by title:
- Login at app.evvnt.com
- Navigate to the site
- You will land on the "Events" list
- Type title into the search box
- Use the moderation tools under the search box to search by different statuses, like using the "On Now" filter to find multiday events that have already started.
Search by user who submitted the event
Every event submission is attached to a user account. That user may or may not belong to your site. If they do belong to your site, then you can find them in your Sales CRM search tool. For this tool you can search by the following terms: Email (for user account), Event Creator Name, Event Title, Venue, and Linked Domain. Please note the search filters when searching.
When the user is located, click on the entry to view their user page. From the user's page you can view the events. If the event is in the past then you must select the option to view "All Events". In some cases, the links to the event may fail to load. In that case you can reach out to support for help in answering your questions about this event.
