Give A Demo - Impersonate a customer

From each customer account you can now impersonate this customer, review their account and events as if you were them giving you a first hand access to the user experience. 

Sales operatives can also take a free customer to checkout and sell online or simply service to client to rebook. 

Impersonate - from the customer name, you will see the 'Impersonate' button, once clicked you will enter your customers world.

Here you can do what ever the customer is able to do including see events, manage, edit and clone and help customer go premium, even add an event on behalf of the customer.

Here you can cancel, edit, clone and review the clients reports.
