How to Export Event Data for Print

We understand the importance of reverse publishing your online events content to your print newspapers so we have made it simple to access your events data and export it. We have a number of default file types to choose from when you are ready to export your event selection. Most exports will pull just the basic event info for your print page. However, we also have JSON and CSV files as options that will include all the data from each event so that you can customize what is presented on your print page.

Step 1: Log in to your Partner environment and select the site to go to the events list.

Step 2: Select the data you want from the filters available. You can filter by date, keyword, category, or by data source.

Step 4: Export using either JSON, CSV, or any of the default formats available.

Step 5: The data will be downloaded on to your computer for you to copy and past in to your print work flow - see sample attached of "Export as Event info as TXT".
