If you get an "Error" message when your print page was supposed to be generated automatically, then you can login at app.evvnt.com and head to that site and click "Print" to investigate the issue. If you do not have access and need an urgent fix to your print page then please call Evvnt Support at 855-708-1078 and use the option for 'technical support'.
Common Errors and Fixes
Image failure
This can happen when the image provided for a featured event is not in the proper format or will not load. Here is how you can resolve this:
- Impersonate the Event Creator: Log in as the event creator and edit the event.
- Convert the Image Format: If the original image is in .webp format, take a screenshot and save it as a .PNG file.
- Add the New Image: Upload the screenshot as a new version of the image on the event.
- Save the Event: Ensure the event is saved with the updated image.
- Wait for Data Update: Allow five minutes for the system to update with the new image data.
- Create a Manual Draft: Navigate to the print page, find the current edition, and use the "Create a Manual Draft" option to pull in the updated event data.
- Manage the Event Image: Go to "Manage Event," find the featured event, click the pencil icon on the image, select the new image, and save the changes.
- Generate and Finalize the Print Page: Proceed to generate and finalize the print page with the corrected image.
