Logging In
There will be a login link at the top of your ticketing site that is available for site admins and event hosts selling tickets.
When logged in, the left side navigation menu will show all available options. A new site will not initially have all navigation options. Once the first event is created on your site then your full list of navigation options will become available.
User Settings
Your user settings are on the top right. This is where you can review the "My Account" option to reset your password, edit your user name or time zone, and edit email notifications. If you have more than one type of user, then you will be able to easily switch between those users here.
View all data in your site
All event and customer data will exist within an organization. A site user or "portal" user has permission to view and edit any items owned by an organization. A portal user can view all data when initially logged in. However, a portal user may also go "into" an organization to view just that organization's data.
View data in an organization
To enter an organization, go to the Organizations list and click on the name of the organization you would like to enter. When you do this, the navigation menu will change and show the name of the organization above the list of menu options (see image below). This lets you know that you are viewing information related to that organization.
You can navigate back to view all data in your portal site, click on the Organization list and the menu will update.
