One of the biggest concerns for event hosts is managing logistics on the day of the event. Be aware that ticketing is only one small part of that, but we have actions you can take to make it easier for your event hosts that will also translate into more revenue from your site.

The Evvnt Mobile Box Office
The newly released version of the Evvnt Mobile Box Office app is available in the Apple App Store. It introduces streamlined ticket scanning and selling processes, enhancing event management on the go with a dashboard that offers real-time insights to monitor ticket sales, check-ins, and revenue at the event. Additionally, for Android users, version 9 of the mobile box office app is still available for download on the Google Play Store with similar functionality.
To maximize the benefits of the mobile box office, a card reader is recommended for swift credit card transactions. Ordering a card reader provisioned for our software can be initiated by contacting us directly or submitting a request via the link at the top of this page. See more information about recommended hardware for gate operations.
"Skip the Line" QR code Posters
Keep your line moving and limit staff needed to process new ticket sales! Print and post a QR code at your event's entry point and anyone that needs a ticket can be directed to the ticket sales page to buy online in a few clicks. By the time they get to the front of the line they will already have purchased their ticket from the ticket page, and they will instantly have their QR codes ready to be checked in!
Learn more about how you can create one yourself, or contact us with the link at the top of the page and we can assist you today.
Printed Manifests
Our technology works wonderfully and rarely has any issues. However, it does require a network connection and heavy traffic on the day of the event can cause slowness or outages if you are relying on a cellular or public wi-fi network. To prepare for the worst, event hosts can have a ticket manifest printed and on-hand as a backup to check-in ticket holders by name. Ticket manifests can be downloaded from the event management dashboard.
