Q: There are events in featured section that are not featured on our site and from users that don't belong to our site. Why are there extra featured events that we didn't feature on our calendar?
This may happen when there are not enough featured events on your calendar to fill up your featured carousel. The calendar needs at least 4 featured events to show a featured event slider. When you have less than 4 events being featured, we will automatically feature some other paid events in the carousel. If you feature any other events so that you have at least 4 featured events, then these automatically featured events will be replaced with the events you have selected to be featured.
